CLASSROOM AIDE (SCHOOL AIDE)
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
| Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have or be able to obtain licensure required by the Ohio
Department of Education (ODE). Must be able to transfer/lift students from a wheelchair to toilet or changing table. Must be able to move quickly to pursue students. Ability to input data into computer programs and access email. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle for use while on agency business. Must have a good driving record. Must have a history of satisfactory job performance. Must have a record of reliable work attendance. Must be able to meet all requirements and obtain all certifications required to perform the job or any aspect of the job, and to access funding for performance of any aspect of that job. |
