High school diploma or GED.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Administrative professional skills including the ability to use a computer to create, edit, save and print documents. Able to enter data and perform basic math functions quickly and accurately. Must have professional written and verbal communication skills. Able to maintain and track department items.
Physically able to move, lift, and organize equipment and inventory. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member with department/agency staff, Early Intervention families, and partnering agencies.
Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle for use while on agency business. Must have a good driving record. Must have a history of satisfactory job performance. Must have a record of reliable work attendance.
Associate or bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in an administrative professional role. Knowledge of or experience with the Ohio Early Intervention program.
Perform a wide variety of clerical/office duties.
Compile, type, edit, copy, distribute, sort and file materials as directed.
Receive and transfer telephone calls, messages and mail. Prepare routine reports as instructed.
Greet and assist visitors in a positive manner.
Maintain supplies for continuity of facility operation.
Fill in for other office staff as necessary.
Transport materials and supplies to all agency locations, as required.
Perform all other job-related functions as assigned by supervisor.
19 hours per week. Follows twelve-month schedule. Flexible as needed.
