Program Accreditation and Licensure

The Murray Ridge Adult Services program is:

·         Accredited by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities

·         Certified as a provider of Adult Day Support, Vocational Habilitation, Supported Employment-Enclave, Supported Employment-Community, and Transportation for Medicaid Waivers

·         Certified by the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the Department of Labor

·         Licensed by the Health Department

·         Our facilities are inspected annually by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, and the Local Fire Department

·         Our Community Employment Department is Certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is an approved vendor by the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission (ORSC)/ Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR)
